How do I know where my loved one's grave is located?
Our services may include:

What services are included in your grave maintenance packages?
If you are unsure of the location of a grave, we offer a Grave Location Service. We can search cemetery records, conduct an on-site search where possible, provide GPS coordinates, photographs of the memorial and create a Memorial Passport for future reference.
Will I receive photographs after each visit?
Yes. After every scheduled maintenance visit we provide clear photographs showing the condition of the memorial. This gives families peace of mind, particularly those living elsewhere in South Africa or overseas.
Can you care for graves if I live overseas or in another province?
Absolutely. Many of our clients live outside Pretoria or outside South Africa. We communicate via WhatsApp and email, providing quotations, photographs and maintenance reports electronically.
Can you restore neglected or overgrown graves?
Yes. We assist with memorial inscription management and can arrange quotations from trusted memorial specialists for additional inscriptions or replacement name plaques where required.
How do I request a quotation?
Simply contact us via WhatsApp, telephone or email. We will discuss your requirements and, where necessary, arrange a site inspection before providing a detailed quotation.
Which cemeteries do you service?
We currently provide services throughout Pretoria and the Tshwane Metropolitan area. If your cemetery falls outside our normal service area, please contact us and we will gladly discuss the available options.
What is a Memorial Passport?
A Memorial Passport is a digital record created for each memorial under our care. It contains photographs, grave location details, GPS coordinates, maintenance history, inscription information and service records, allowing families to keep an organised record of their loved one’s memorial over time.
